Who is Onkelman?
The dude below is Onkelman or "uncle man'". His passion for creating sauces started with a love of Louisiana Hot Sauce that's not the easiest thing to get hold of in Berlin. So he set about creating the perfect recipe for this simple, yet complex-tasting and highly versatile hot sauce that you can put on almost anything.
Naturally, once the recipe was perfected, other sauces in his larder followed and before long, a small range of great-tasting condiments followed; each tried-and-tested with classic dishes from around the world.
Now, Onkelmans is proud to offer these sauces to you, so you can enjoy the mouth-watering flavors that we're so passionate about!
